PWSD is pleased to announce that Jackie Benning, a Grade 4 teacher at Clairmont Community School, was named the winner of the 2013 Edwin Parr Teacher Award at the Alberta School Boards Association (ASBA) Zone 1 Awards Ceremony held in Peace River, AB on Thursday, September 19, 2013. Birch Hills County was also recognized at the same event, receiving a Friends of Education Award for their contribution to the improvement of education for PWSD students.
