I would like to welcome students back to Sexsmith Secondary School for another school year, and in particular, any new students attending our school for the first time.  Whether you have arrived from one of our feeder schools in Sexsmith, LaGlace or Teepee Creek or you have newly arrived to the area, please take the time to see what Sexsmith Secondary has to offer.  With each new year come changes within our school as part of our continuing effort to provide a high level of service to students.  What never changes, though, is the warm, welcoming environment which fosters the educational and social growth of the student body.  We endeavor to educate our children throughout the school environment as we ready them for the ever changing world.

I challenge students to make the most of their school experience and to get involved in everything the school has to offer.  I also challenge parents to remain involved in their child’s education, as it will greatly increase the likelihood of success.  Our door is always open to parents.  Call or make appointments with teachers to keep the lines of communication open.  I assure you that teachers will do the same.
