Savanna School
Location: Silver Valley, Alberta in
Saddle Hills County.
The rural area is rich in agriculture and oil. All our students are bused to school. The school, recreation complex and general store form the community's center. The school benefits from the excellent support of its stakeholders.

Kindergarten to Grade 12
Special features:
The school features a gym, weight room, High School Band, low student-teacher ratio, digital devices for students, on-site daycare/preschool, and a large outdoor play area.
Programs:
The school offers hands-on learning opportunities through a variety of junior high Career and Technology Foundation (CTF) courses and senior high Career and Technology Studies (CTS) courses, as well as foods and outdoor education. Students enjoy fitness programming, yearbook, work experience, student council, and leadership. Elementary students participate in a swimming program. Additional supports include speech language therapy and Leveled Literacy Intervention (LLI).
Sports:
Volleyball and basketball teams, community baseball, and running club.
