Peace Wapiti Academy Registration Checklist

All new registration packages must include the following information before they will be processed at the office:

• A copy of your child’s birth certificate, passport or student visa.
• A copy of your child’s most recent report card.
• If your child is registering for Grade 11 or 12, include a copy of your child’s Detailed Academic Record (DAR).
• Proof of residency (include proof of your address from your driver’s license, phone bill or power bill).

Fill out the online registration and upload all required documents. The principal will consider your registration ONLY once all of the above documents are received, along with the online registration. You will receive an e-mail reply outlining the status of your registration request.
