Welcome

Helen E. Taylor School is a Grade 5-9 Middle School, located in the town of Wembley. Our school has an enrollment of 140 students, as well as a staff of fourteen teachers and support staff.

At Helen E. Taylor we strive to “Bring Out The Best” in each individual: academically, pysically and socially.  Our school follows a Health & Fitness Focus!  Elementary students have extended recess with organized games, two snack breaks and "eat first, play last" at noon. The Jr. High day is divided into thirds, each third separated by a "Nutrition/Movement" break.  Two 50-minute Complementary Courses are offered the last third of every day, one of which must be a fitness focus. Check out the November Newsletter to see some of the courses offered!  The new FaN focus has made HET students FaN-atics!
