PWSD students place at Provincial Skills Canada Competition 2015

Peace Wapiti Public School Division (PWSD) offers congratulations to two students who achieved podium finishes at the Provincial Skills Canada (PSCC) award ceremony held at the Edmonton Expo Centre yesterday:

  • GOLD: Darci Peterson, Beaverlodge Regional High School – Junior Hairstyling.
  • BRONZE: Jamie Cote, Peace Wapiti Academy – Outdoor Power & Recreation Equipment.

Congratulations are also extended to the following students for their commendable results in the province-wide competition:

  • Haley Carlyle, Peace Wapiti Academy, 5th place (tie) – Intermediate Hairstyling
  • Michael Jabs, Peace Wapiti Academy, 14th place – Cabinet Making
  • Emma Fletcher, Peace Wapiti Academy, 17th place – Culinary Arts
