Ridgevalley School is a Kindergarten to Grade 12 School, located in Ridgevalley, 70 km east of Grande Prairie, Alberta. Ridgevalley School has an enrollment of 202 students and a staff of  13 (11.8 FTE)  teachers and 6 support staff.

Ridgevalley School promotes a positive school environment. Our proactive, positive behavior approach allows our students to feel safe.  When students feel safe that allows them to make the most of their educational opportunities.

A family-like atmosphere with low student-teacher ratios means Ridgevalley students get more academic attention from teachers. Students at Ridgevalley School understand that respect for self and one another is the essential corner stone of our interactions. We have school­-wide assemblies on a regular basis where we celebrate our student successes and strengthen our positive school culture through our monthly bus awards and Principal's Pick.   As a K-12 school we give our older students the opportunity to have a positive impact upon our younger students' social development through the Student Leadership Group.  This group plans special days school wide, run programs that are of a volunteer nature and host school dances.
