Peace Wapiti Public School Division (PWSD) is pleased to announce that nomination papers were filed for Ward 3 – Beaverlodge, Elmworth prior to the noon deadline on Monday, September 25, 2017.

This announcement marks the official end of nominations at PWSD. Candidates were acclaimed in Wards 1-4 and 6, 8 and 9.

Elections will be held to establish representation in Ward 5 – Grande Prairie West and Wembley, and Ward 7 – Grande Prairie East and Grovedale. School board elections coincide with the municipal election on Monday, October 16, 2017. A list of voting stations is available online at www.pwsd76.ab.ca/election.
