Alberta Health Services encourages you to help prevent bullying by passing along a positive message during Bullying Awareness Week 2015. We're all in this together!
Albertans are encouraged to Post-It® Forward this week by sharing messages with Post-it® notes in person and online.
Post-It® Forward was inspired by the Post-It® Notes movement that took place during Random Acts of Kindness Day and the Post It Forward Tumblr campaign from May of 2015.
Spread the word in your community
Help make someone's life better by writing an inclusive, kind and respectful message on a Post-it® note and posting it in your school, workplace or community.
If there's a message that helped you through a tough time, pass that message along. Someone out there needs to hear it!
Spread the word online
Take a picture of your message and share it on a social media network, using the hashtags #PostItForward or #BAW2015.
Or, share one of messages found on the Alberta Health Services website – http://humanservices.alberta.ca/abuse-bullying/post-it-forward.html – on Facebook, Twitter or email.
Schools are encouraged to set up a space where members of their school community can post positive Post-It® notes and messages. Share them on social media with #BAW2015 and #PostItForward.
The following Post-It® notes from PWSD reflect our mandate, and our vision and mission statements:
