Peace Wapiti Public School Division is pleased to announce that Grade 3 student Holly Palfy is the winner of the 2014 Christmas card art contest. The contest, which saw a total of 293 entries submitted to Central Office by the November 24, 2014 deadline, was open to all Grades 1-3 students within the Division. Students submitted artwork under the theme “The best thing about Christmas is…”

Due to the outstanding quality of the submissions, choosing a winner was a tough decision for Trustees Sharilyn Anderson, Wendy Kelm and Stefanie Clarke. After much deliberation, Holly Palfy’s cheery winter street scene was named the winner of the $100 pizza party, to be shared with her class. Congratulations Holly!
