A Grade 12 student at Peace Wapiti Academy recently met with 220 youths from across the nation, thanks to a program sponsored by Canadian Rotary Clubs. In May, Britney Goebel embarked on what she refers to as a “life-changing adventure” through Rotary Adventures in Citizenship, a program offering high school students the opportunity to learn about the privileges and responsibilities of Canadian citizenship during a five-day visit to the nation’s capital.
