Pause for a moment, if you will, and think of any typical small town in northern Alberta. Admit it – opera and musical theatre likely aren’t the first things that come to mind. But when the Alberta Opera breezes into Spirit River next week, students from three Peace Wapiti Public Schools in the area will prove that these stereotypes simply don’t apply to them!
